Account & Subscription

Account & Subscription

Find answers about registration, subscription access, configuration updates, and changing devices. Treat the subscription link as a route configuration entry point and store it securely.

Do I need an email address to register for VPNPL?

No email address is required. Set a username and password to register. Keep your login details safe; you must sign in to the user panel to access subscriptions, view plans, and submit tickets.

Where can I get the subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and open the download area to get the client and subscription for your platform. The subscription link is the entry point for route configuration, so do not share it on public pages, group chats, or other uncontrolled locations.

How should I update the subscription link?

Find the current subscription in your client, then use its update or refresh function. Keep the network available while the route list reloads. If the update fails, copy the subscription from the user panel and import it again.

Do I need to buy again after changing devices?

No separate purchase is needed when you change devices. VPNPL supports use on unlimited devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the matching client and subscription, and import them normally.

Which systems does VPNPL support?

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Client access is provided through the user panel: sign in, choose your platform, and get the subscription. Static installer links are not provided on marketing pages.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Connection & Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting, assess the local network, client configuration, and individual app separately. Change one factor at a time to identify the actual source of the issue.

What should I check first if the client suddenly cannot connect?

First confirm that the local network can access ordinary websites. Then update the subscription and switch to another route. If it still fails, fully quit and reopen the client, and check that system network permissions are enabled.

Why does only one app fail to use the proxy?

This is usually related to the client's routing mode, per-app settings, or the app's own network cache. Switch to a more comprehensive routing mode and restart the app. If other apps work, check the per-app rules.

What should I do if no routes appear after importing the subscription?

Make sure you imported the complete subscription content, not a page address or incomplete text. Then update the subscription. If the list is still empty, remove the invalid configuration, get it again from the user panel, and import it into the correct client.

What should I do if I am connected but websites will not open?

Disconnect first and confirm that the local network is working, then reconnect using another route. If only some websites are affected, switch the target region. If no websites open, restart the client and check local DNS protection settings.

Why do I need to reconnect after switching networks?

When the network source changes, the existing connection may stop working even if the client interface has not refreshed. Disconnect and reconnect to establish a new channel. If you switch networks often, confirm that the system allows the client to retain network access.

Speed & Routes

Speed & Routes

Route performance depends on the local network, cross-border paths, and the target service. Choose a region first, then compare route types instead of focusing on a single route.

How should I handle slowdowns during peak hours?

Update the subscription first, then choose another route in the same target region instead of repeatedly reconnecting to the original route. For video, lower the automatic quality and rebuffer. For sustained work, try an IEPL dedicated route or a relay route.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?

Try an IEPL dedicated route when cross-border link stability matters. Use a relay when the target region is far away or direct performance is unstable. Direct routes suit cases where the path from the local network to the target region is already smooth. Base the final choice on current testing.

How should I choose a route region?

Choose a region based on the service you use, then compare route types within that region. For everyday browsing, try a geographically closer region first. Services that require a consistent regional environment work better with a stable exit region.

What should I do if an AI tool or streaming service does not work?

Confirm that the target service is available in the selected region, then update the subscription and switch to another route in that region. Clearing the service cache or reopening the app may help. Avoid changing exit regions frequently when account-region checks are involved.

Why does the same route perform differently at different times?

Local congestion, cross-border link conditions, website response times, and background downloads all affect real-world performance. Close bandwidth-heavy tasks and test routes in similar conditions instead of judging by a single page load.

How many countries and routes are available with VPNPL?

VPNPL covers 120+ countries / 210+ routes. Do not focus only on the total. Choose a region based on the target service, then compare IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes within that region.

Billing & Refunds

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions provide a fixed traffic allowance each month, while traffic packages last until used. Consider your usage frequency, then check the allowance, payment methods, and refund policy.

Which monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, making these plans suitable for a fixed monthly allowance.

What traffic packages are available?

Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Traffic remains available until used and never expires, making these packages suitable for irregular usage without monthly resets.

When does monthly subscription traffic reset?

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date rather than on the first day of the calendar month. Check the user panel for remaining traffic and subscription status before high-volume tasks.

How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade handled?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Compare the required traffic in the user panel first, then choose a suitable monthly subscription instead of changing plans repeatedly for a short-term task.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. When placing an order, open the plans area from the user panel, check the selected traffic and amount, and complete the payment using the methods shown on the page.

How do I request a refund?

VPNPL offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, and provide the relevant order and refund request. Confirm the order details first to make verification easier.
